How to delete your Campsite Manager account data
Campsite Manager is a thin client. Your account exists only on the WordPress server of the campsite you work at — not on campsitebookingsystem.uk. Each campsite is the data controller for their own staff records.
To request deletion of your account
- Contact your campsite administrator (the person who gave you your login). They can delete your user account immediately via their WordPress site’s user management.
- If you cannot reach your campsite administrator, email hello@campsitebookingsystem.uk with:
- Your username
- The campsite URL you connect to from the app
We will contact the campsite on your behalf and confirm the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your user account (username, email, hashed password) on the campsite’s WordPress site
- Any sign-in audit log entries linked to your account
- Any settings preferences you saved
What is retained
- Booking records belong to the campsite (the data controller), not to individual app users, and are retained per the campsite’s own data retention policy. These records contain guest information, not your personal data.
Demo and test accounts
If you used campsitebookingsystem.uk solely as a demo/test (the public demo for reviewers), email hello@campsitebookingsystem.uk and we will remove your demo account directly.
