Four App Views, One Web App
The Campsite Booking System is not four separate apps to install. It is one connected system you reach through four purpose-built views, each opening straight in a web browser and each sharing the same live data.
The Booking view is what your guests use to check availability, choose a pitch and pay — the public, mobile-first face of your site.
The Owner Control Panel view is where you run the whole site: pitches, pricing, payments, reports and the guest portal itself.
The Warden view is the gate screen — the day’s arrivals, pitches and balances on a phone or tablet for fast check-in.
The Guest Portal view is each booking’s own private space, reached through a secure personal link with no account to create.
All four are the same web app underneath, so they always agree with each other — a booking taken in one view shows up everywhere the moment it happens.
And because each view is simply a web address, you can share it, bookmark it or save it to a home screen. There is no app store, no install and no waiting for updates.

Every view is built for the phone in your pocket or the tablet in the gatehouse first, then scales up cleanly to a laptop or desktop. iPhone, Android, iPad, Windows or Mac — it is the same system, with the same live data, and there is nothing to download from any store to use it.

Pitch types
Rename a label, set an icon, turn a type off, or drag the order. The 8 presets can't be deleted (toggle them off instead). You can also add your own custom types (Yurt, Treehouse, etc.) and delete a custom type once nothing uses it. Each type has a shortcode you can paste on a page to embed a direct-book widget that prefills the type.

Size variants (optional)
Charge different prices per unit size (e.g. Small tent £10, Large tent £18). Pick a pitch type to configure. Types with no variants keep their normal pricing.
Pricing & seasons
First set your seasons (the date ranges, e.g. Peak and Off-peak). Then pick a season below and give each pitch its price — add a “Per night” line for the nightly rate, plus any extras (dog, awning, extra car…).

Closures
Close dates so guests can't book them. A site closure blocks every pitch (a winter shut-down, a private event). Pitch maintenance takes one pitch out of service (a flooded field, a broken hook-up). Closures can't be placed over a confirmed booking.

Vouchers
Discount codes guests type at booking — a percentage or a fixed amount off the stay price, with optional validity dates, a minimum stay or spend, and a usage cap. Validity dates apply to the date the booking is made, not the arrival date. Vouchers work on direct bookings only (website + phone), never on imported OTA bookings.

No installs, no app-store approvals and no version mismatches. Here is what running entirely on the web actually gives you and your guests.
One Secure Link
Each view and each guest portal is reached through its own web address. Guest portals are protected by a private link token, so only the person holding the link can open that booking.
Works on Any Device
One web app serves every screen size. There is no separate iOS build and Android build to keep in step — a phone, a gatehouse tablet and an office laptop all run exactly the same system.
Save to Home Screen
Any view can be added to a phone’s home screen and will launch full-screen like an installed app. This is a Progressive Web App: it feels native but is still a web page underneath, so it never goes out of date.
Always Up to Date
Because every view loads fresh from the web, everyone is on the newest version the instant it ships. There is nothing for staff or guests to update and no old versions lingering on people’s phones.
Nothing to Install
No app-store download, no permissions to grant and no storage used up. A guest or a member of staff opens a link and they are in — which is exactly why arrivals and bookings happen faster.
Secure and Maintained
Every view is served over HTTPS and hosted and patched centrally. Security fixes reach every user immediately, rather than waiting in an app-store review queue.
