Every booking comes with its own Guest App: a personal, secure portal where guests find their gate code, the Wi-Fi password, a countdown to arrival, local places to explore, the site map and every detail of their stay — with nothing to install and no password to remember.
Their Whole Stay, In One Place
When a booking is confirmed, your guest receives a personal link — secured by a unique token, valid for as long after their stay as you choose. It opens straight into their own Guest App: a welcome from your site, a live countdown to arrival, and tabs for their stay, the site map, places to explore and help.
The home screen greets them by stage of journey — "3 days to go" before they travel, "You're here — enjoy your stay!" once they arrive — and quick tiles put the things guests ask about most, like Wi-Fi and contacting the site, one tap away.
No Apps To Download, No Accounts To Create
The Guest App lives at a simple link in the confirmation email. There is no app store, no download, no registration form — if a guest can open an email, they can use it. Each link is protected by its own secure token with an expiry you set, so booking details stay private without a single password. Guests can even add it to their phone's home screen, where it installs like a real app with your site's name and colours.
Changes Of Plan, Handled By The Guest
Switch on self-service amends and guests can adjust their own booking within rules you control — what they may change, and how far ahead. Every request is checked live against availability and your booking rules, so a change can never cause a clash. If new dates work out cheaper, the system either credits the difference against the booking or flags it for you to refund manually — your choice. You're notified the moment anything changes.
